This page explains how shipping works at Art School Records Store by Ahst 131 LLC. Our goal is to keep shipping fees, timelines, and expectations clear, consistent, and predictable.

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included).

Orders can be delivered to valid U.S. residential or commercial addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Sunday) to prepare your order for shipment.

You will receive:

An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

3) Transit Time & Total Delivery Window

Transit time: 3–7 business days after shipment (Monday–Sunday)
Total delivery time: typically 4–10 business days from order placement to delivery

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on:

Order cut-off timing
Carrier performance
Weather conditions
Federal holidays

4) Shipping Fees

Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order for standard U.S. shipping
No minimum order value required
No hidden handling or processing fees

Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

We ship using reliable national carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on destination and package size.

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

6) Exceptions & Special Situations

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship the order after the address is corrected. A $5.00 re-shipping fee will apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Carrier or Service Delays
Shipping delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, or federal holidays are outside our control and may extend delivery times.
